The Full Appraisals Service is aimed at:
- Institutional and private investors with economic and financial analysis processes and Discounted Cash Flow Analysis - DCF "Management" systems
- Speculative investors / Developers: with economic and financial analysis processes and Discounted Cash Flow Analysis - DCF "Development" systems
- Real Estate Funds / SGR: for "Independent Expert" activities in accordance with the principles and guidelines issued by Assogestioni and joint communication between the Bank of Italy and Consob
- Credit and insurance institutions: for the examination of the market value aimed at acquisitions and disposals or review of the carrying value of capital or repossessing assets
- Companies: for the examination of the market value aimed at acquisitions, optimizations or urban transformations and disposals, review of the carrying value of capital assets
- Public and private entities: as Advisor in the evaluation, requalification or sale of assets
- Real estate leasing company: for the evaluation and due diligence of assets subject to financial leasing; the survey is conducted on the basis of Assilea standards and the support of Prelios Valuations is provided during the resolution, ordinary and extraordinary management phase.
- The activity qualifies as a strategic tool for the analysis, evaluation and management of positions and real estate portfolios subject to leasing operations in the different stages of the process.
- The activity can be managed through a dedicated IT platform that allows access to data and real-time monitoring of the various phases.
